2. Returns
2.1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2.2. Time Frame
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
2.3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us via email at insidethehalo@hotmail.com to inform us of your intent to return the item.
2. Package the item securely, including all original product packaging and tags.
3. Include a copy of the original order confirmation inside the package.
2.4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrived damaged).
2.5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the item you want.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
